The Shaded Canyon Trailhead is located at 180 Shaded Canyon Drive, and it is the northern trailhead for the Armagosa Trail. The paved Armagosa Trail extends through much of the City of Henderson, but the unpaved hiking trail extends south from the Shaded Canyon Trailhead to the McCullough Hills Trailhead on Mission Drive. There are no bathrooms located at this trailhead, but there are bathrooms located at the Hidden Falls Park, which lies 2.2 miles south on the Armagosa Trail (go east .2 miles from the Hidden Falls Park Trailhead to the main part of Hidden Falls Park).
